FICG INDUSTRY CALLS FOR SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN FOR THE 41ST EDITION

The Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) announces the opening of the call for entries for the Industry Programs that will take place as part of its 41st edition, to be held from April 17 to 25, 2026.

Registration will be open until October 24, 2025, and details can be found on the Festival's official website and social media channels.

22nd CO-PRODUCTION MEETING

A program aimed at Ibero-American initiatives in the development phase, with the goal of fostering direct contact between film projects and professionals in the audiovisual industry, such as funding organizations, producers, and international buyers and sellers.

20 GUADALAJARA BUILDS

This call for entries is aimed at the completion of Ibero-American feature-length fiction films currently in post-production. Up to six films—exclusively fiction films that are still in progress—will be presented to producers, distributors, sales agents, service companies, funding organizations, and festival representatives, with the goal of facilitating their completion and subsequent screening.

7 EPISODE 0: SERIES IN DEVELOPMENT

Call for entries for Ibero-American series in the development phase. Proposals for fiction, animation, and documentary series will be accepted provided they: have not yet been filmed, include a series teaser, have secured at least 10 percent of the required funding, and submit a complete proposal dossier. Selected projects will be presented to professionals in the audiovisual industry, producers, television networks, OTT platforms, sales agents, and international distributors.

Registration will remain open from Thursday, August 21, to Friday, October 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. (Central Mexico Time).
