Sinopsis
Two couples decide to flee the city for a relaxing spring weekend. Toshiro and Helena, a married couple with two daughters, who live a seemingly perfect middle-class life; and their friends Felipe and Iris, a younger couple in their early 30s. The four of them enjoy the time at a country estate run by Sol and Miguel, lovers and hippies at heart. The weekend begins with laughter and camraderie. But as the sun sets on the second night, untold desires and hidden agendas are revealed, launching both urban pairs into crisis. Decisions must be made and voices must be heard in this story of the incredible complexity of love in its many forms.

Antolín Prieto
Director and editor. He has worked in over a dozens of films: both documentaries and fiction films. And he has been part of DOCUPERU, a documentary collective. He was selected for Berlinale Talents 2014, Guadalajara Doculab 2014 y Buenos Aires Talents 2016. What Couples Do is his first feature film and he’s working on his next film The Widowers.
