Sinopsis
The long struggle for land sought to tear down that wall between patrons and servants that continues to divide Peru to this day. However, the Agrarian Reform Act of 1969 marked a before and after in the faces and in the official stories of our country, a profound change that Peruvian cinema managed to reflect and encapsulate in some of its most notable films, building a great imaginary that we rediscover today. 50 years after the social experiments of the so-called Peruvian Revolution, we have to ask whether Peru really got screwed or not with Juan Velasco Alvarado

He was director, co-writer and co-editor of Land and Revolution (2019), the most watched documentary in the history of Peruvian cinema. Winner of the fund for the production of documentary feature films of the Ministry of Culture (DAFO 2016) and mention of the jury for the best Peruvian film at the Lima Film Festival (2019). Before, he directed Rocanrol `68 (2013), his debut film.
