Sinopsis
Catulo Castillo, a promising boxer and tango writer, meets a fortune teller who predicts the exact date of his death. The future coincidence of that date with the one of a world title fight will debate the boxer for the acceptance or rejection of the omen.

Martín Aletta
Actor, director and screenwriter born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied film editing. His first short film, Open Eyes, a portrait about suicides at Tokyo train stations, won 13 international awards. La medallita is his second short film that explores the language of silent films by portraying an apocryphal biography of the famous tango composer Catulo Castillo.
