Her work tries to create a reflection around the current social problems, converging a poetic style with the documentary. Her short film Aya won Best Ibero-American Short Film at the FICG32. The Silence of the River, her second short film, had its World Premiere at the Berlinale 2020 and after winning the Grand Jury Award at the Calgary Film Festival, now it’s eligible to the Academy Awards 2021. Nowadays, she directs music videos and advertising, while developing the script of her first feature film, Belen.
