GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, 09/DECEMBER/2021).- The Organizing Committee of the Guadalajara Film Festival, for its 37th edition (FICG37), is pleased to announce the call and the regulations for the registration of projects for the Official Sections in Competition.

Producers and directors from Mexico, Ibero-America and other regions of the world are invited to register their films for the 37th installment that will take place from June 10th to 18th, 2022.

For the official competition, only films completed in 2021 - 2022 will be considered.

The call opened today on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 12:00 hours. The closing date for feature films will be Friday, February 25th, 2022, at 18:00 hours (Central Mexico time -6 GMT). The closing date for short films will be Friday, January 28th, 2022, at 18:00 hours. (Central Mexico time -6 GMT).

The Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) is a cinematographic meeting that seeks to promote and disseminate the cinematographic production of Ibero-America through the meeting and collaboration of its industries, the training of new talents, and the diffusion of films in the region so that they can access a wider audience.
