Cinema Libre aims to promote cinematographic culture, train audiences and bring the Festival closer to the community with free screenings in public spaces in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. This program is carried out thanks to the support of the PROFEST program of the Mexican Institute of Cinematography (IMCINE).
